Kara's massages focuses on 1 - 2 areas of the body for injury specific treatment, injury prevention, pain management, and/or full body relaxation, stress reduction, and connection to the full body. Therapist may use cupping or hot stones as needed/upon request for no extra charge.

Massage with Stretching
This massage incorporates stretching techniques into the beginning of your massage with goals to increase range of motion. Clients should bring or wear tighter fitting shorts and a tank top or sports bra to this appointment for the stretching portion.

Massage is done while the client lays on their side and is adjusted to the specific needs and timing of pregnancy. Massage focuses on relaxation and pain management.
