Kara combines intuitive flow with injury-specific treatment, providing positive and supportive touch directed toward the needs of each client. Drawing from her dance background, Kara encourages fluidity and movement within the bodies of clients; moving around and with the client in a dance-like massage that increases range of motion and supports the framework for an interconnected, whole body.
